We are proud to serve those who have served our country. Veterans that participate in the Veterans Choice Program (VCP) are eligible to receive Respite and Homemaker/Home Health Aide care from CJPS Home Care. Before services can begin, an assessment and order are required from the Primary Care Physician of the Veteran.
The VCP includes:
- 2 hours of Homemaker services per week
- An allotted 2 hours, 3 days per week for Personal Care services (bathing)
- 30 days of Respite services per year
For those Veteran’s who do not participate in the VCP, we offer private-duty services with a 20% discount from our standard fees for all private-pay Veterans.
